Clinique P.O. Globalité places the highest importance on the protection of privacy and the personal information of its patients, employees, and users. 2. Protection of Your Confidential Data

Physio Ostéo Globalité observes strict security measures regarding the archiving and disclosure of the information you have transmitted to us to prevent any unauthorized access.

• Management Software (Medexa): We use Medexa software for the secure management of your clinical records.
• Hosting in Quebec: Your personal information, including health data processed via Medexa, is hosted on secure servers located exclusively in Quebec.
• Mailing Lists: If you have subscribed to our mailing list, please note that we use Mailchimp to send our newsletters. Click here to consult Mailchimp's legal notice.
• Non-Commercialization: Physio Ostéo Globalité undertakes not to disclose or market any information concerning you to third parties, except under legal constraint (court testimony, legal obligation, etc.).

3. Use of Cookies and Logs

Our site uses cookies to store information about visitor preferences and to personalize content based on the browser used.

• Refusing Cookies: Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can refuse them by modifying "Your Preferences" in your preferred web browser.

• Profiling Technologies: We do not use any technology that allows for tracking your location or performing automatic profiling without your knowledge.

6. Retention and Security

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill professional purposes or according to the retention periods imposed by our respective professional orders. Once this period has expired, the information is securely destroyed.
